II. Brief Principle
A microprocessor is installed in the host, the hook load sensor is installed in the system hydraulic pipeline, it will be proportional to the cylinder hydraulic current signal to the host, and then in the host the analog-digital conversion circuit will be transferred to the digital signal to the processor, through digital processing technology to calculate the hook lifting load, compare the actual load and pre-set alarm limits, to achieve large Overload protection for hook loads
