The USM-200 two-phase flow metering and detection device is a new type of metering equipment independently developed by our company. It is mainly used in oilfield metering rooms or single wells to improve the accuracy of two-phase flow measurement and expand the measurement range (especially heavy oil wells and high gas wells).
The device consists of four major parts: a combined liquid and gas multi-stage separator, liquid phase and gas phase flow sensor, data acquisition and remote transmission system. The overall design idea: the multi-phase crude oil at the wellhead enters the combined liquid and gas multi-stage separator through the inlet pipe and is separated by two levels of liquid and gas, and more than 90% of the gas is separated from the mixed liquid. Separated, the separated liquid phase is a stable fluid containing a small amount of dissolved gas. The liquid phase and the gas phase flow out from the lower and upper ends of the separator respectively. The gas phase is accurately measured by the gas flowmeter, and the liquid
phase is measured by the mass flowmeter.
(1) High measurement accuracy and wide range of application. Continuous online measurement of oil, gas and water three-phase fluids in crude oil with different moisture content can be realized.
(2) It can adapt to large flow fluctuations of oil, gas and water, has the ability to adapt to on-site flow fluctuations, and can accurately measure.
(3) High degree of automation, intelligentization and digitalization, safe, reliable and continuous operation under unattended conditions.
(4) With a remote communication interface, it can transmit measurement data in real time from a long distance, which provides modern conditions for the realization of network management and block management.
(5) Real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature and other parameters.
(6) The product occupies a small space, is easy to install, has simple maintenance, and is reliable in use.
The equipment mainly consists of crude oil quality flowmeter, primary oil and gas separator, secondary oil and gas separator, gas flowmeter, infrared crude oil water analyzer, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, modular sled seat, etc.

In the process of crude oil metering, after the incoming liquid is separated by two levels of oil and gas, the liquid and gas are measured by the crude oil mass flowmeter and the gas flowmeter respectively. If you need to measure the current day's output, you need to calculate the current output at that time by using the cumulative flow rate within the measurement time t: Qday=Qt/t*24 to get the day's output Qda.
Although it is possible that many installation layouts and arrangements have been provided, strict preparation and all aspects of the installation must be considered before the installation of this product.
Before installing this product, the equipment box, connection cable, etc. should be carefully laid out to ensure that the installation location is convenient and safe. Consideration before installation helps to remove possible constraints and difficulties. Before on-site installation and operation, please check the product packaging to confirm that all components are complete and can be used at any time.
Before installation, in order to ensure that this product can be
effectively installed and used, please inspect the on-site environment and select a suitable location to install the USM-200 two-phase flow metering and testing device. The basic principles of installation location selection are:
(1) There is a large space on the ground to ensure that the product can be placed, and there is also a large enough space for the installer to carry out the installation operation.
(2) Get as close as possible to the metering oil pipeline to avoid consuming too long connecting pipes.
(3) AC220V power supply is available nearby.
(4) This product should be installed in an environment without strong magnetic field interference to avoid interference with the internal digital instrument.
After opening all components and parts of this product, follow these
steps to check:
(1) View the detailed catalogue of all parts and components. If there are missing or incorrect parts, notify Mingde.
(2) Check all components and components for damage or corrosion during transportation. If a component or part is damaged during transportation, notify the carrier. If there is unreasonable corrosion, notify Mingde Company.
(1) screw driver (2) movable wrench (3) vise (4) wire stripping
(1) 1 roll of AC220 power cable
(2) 2 oil hoses with flange
(1) Fixed equipment box
In the field area, select the appropriate installation position on the horizontal and stable ground and screw the equipment box to the ground.
(2) Docking the on-site pipeline
Connect the two flange oil hoses to the two interfaces reserved by the field pipeline and fix the screws. Then connect the other end of the two hoses to the interfaces on both sides of the product and secure the screws. Pay attention to the flow direction of the medium when connecting to ensure that the flow direction of the field pipeline is the same as that of the measuring tank inside the product.
(3) Connect AC220V power supply
Use the key to open the cabinet door of the equipment box and connect one end of the prepared AC220V power cord to the AC220V interface of the internal power control module, and the other end to the corresponding location of the AC220V power supply provided on site.
[Serious Warning] Due to the use of AC220V power supply, safety measures must be taken when connecting and operating power lines to ensure personal safety.
2.5 Installation and inspection
(1) Check whether all parts of the equipment have been installed.
(2) Check the reliability of all connectors of the equipment to ensure that they are not loose.
(3) Check the installation direction of this product on site to ensure that the direction of inlet and outlet is consistent with the flow direction of the on-site pipeline.
(4) Check the AC200V power cord to ensure that the fire wire, zero wire and ground wire are connected correctly.
(1) Check/tighten all switches and switch fixtures.
(2) Check all switches for moisture, contamination and damage.
(3) Check whether the line and the ground line are intact.
(4) Do regular cleaning and maintenance, pay special attention to safe operation, and prevent electric shock hazards and accidents.
(5) The surface of each instrument should always be cleaned to prevent the display interface from being blocked by pollutants.
