Multi-well multi-parameter intelligent metering system is a new skid-mounted unattended, maintension-free and integrated intelligent level water distribution system independently developed by our company. The flowmeter, flow regulating valve, the system controller, process piping integrated into an organic whole, has compact structure, easy operation, display intuitive, high control accuracy, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistant, manual and automatic control flow freely switch etc., are widely used in oil field upgrade renovation of old water injection, precision measurement and control of single well water injection.
2. Solutions
2.1 System implementation scheme
Multi-parameter intelligent metering system is composed of three parts, namely injection metering system, PLC automatic control system and software monitoring system.
(1) Electric double-flow high-pressure regulating water injection valve is our company's patented product and the core of injection metering system. The system monitors the water injection flow and pressure in real time through the flowmeter, automatically adjusts the valve opening according to the injection volume of single well delivered by the production part, and finally realizes fine water injection in the oilfield.
(2) PLC automatic control system is the core of the whole skid block automatic operation. The flow data acquisition of skid block, the calculation of valve opening parameters, data storage and other functions are completed by PLC automatic control system.
(3) The software monitoring system is used to monitor the production and operation of the process device. Monitoring system can not only real-time display single well flow, pressure and other operating parameters, but also remote set injection flow, if there is a sudden emergency, the system can automatically alarm and according to the set action.

2.3 System Features
1) Angular magneto-electric flowmeter design, low downline flow, wide range, high measurement accuracy. Vortex generator and probe integrated design, easy to disassemble, can realize online cleaning function;
2) Double flow plane valve design, completely solve the gate valve and plug valve easy to scale, easy to block, easy to jam, easy to damage, easy to leak and other practical problems of short life, life is more than 5 times the ordinary valve;
3) High efficiency and energy saving: dual-flow valve and high-precision flowmeter integrated design, more accurate injection water control, timely regulation, stable production and water control, saving a lot of energy consumption caused by ineffective water injection.
4) Small pressure loss, the maximum pressure loss of the whole system is less than 0.1mpa;
5) Online calibration function: each flowmeter comes with a standard stainless steel straight pipe section, supporting high-precision ultrasonic flowmeter can be regularly calibrated online to ensure the accuracy of water injection;
6) High degree of automation, intelligent and digital, can be unattended, safe, reliable and continuous operation;
7) It has a remote communication interface, which can transmit measurement data in real time over a long distance, providing effective conditions for the realization of network management and block management.
