
I. General Description
The device is an automatic synchronous movement control system specially designed for the front & back, left & right movement of the subbase of workover rigs and land fast moving drilling rigs, which solves the safety hazards caused by asynchrony. It has the characteristics of good stability, high accuracy, small control error, and strong anti-interference ability etc. The operation adopts remote wireless control, making the operation more flexible and convenient.
II. Main Functions
The system directly controls one acting cylinder, and the other moving cylinder is automatically synchronized and controlled by the control system to achieve dual cylinders synchronously pushing the substructure to move, ensuring operation safety and improving operation efficiency. The system also has the ability to perform fully automatic synchronous movement control by itself after setting the target position, including the direction monitoring of the latch plate, automatic control of cylinder telescopic, and automatic stop after reaching the target position.
