Ɩ.General Description

MSFP-2B Intelligent crown saver is a smart control device for truck-mounted workover rig newly developed by Mingde Technology. The device realizes real-time monitoring of the running height of the crown block by detecting the operating status of the main drum. When the traveling block exceeds the set height range, the system will issue audible and visual alarm and activate the brake to stop the system; and the traveling block can be restarted after troubleshooting and releasing the brake. The device can effectively protect the equipment to achieve safe production. In the process of monitoring the system, when the traveling block reaches the upper and lower height alarm position set by the host, the host will issue an audible and visual alarm (the audible alarm will sound for one second, while the  alarm light is always on), reminding the operator to pay attention to deceleration and braking; when the traveling block continues to run to the limit position, if the operator fails to brake, the host will automatically send a braking signal to activate the brake to prevent collision accidents.
