
The operation parameter monitoring system of the cementing truck is mainly used to measure the output displacement of the mud pump and the density of its working medium. The new generation of microcontroller automatic measurement and control system can real-time monitor and display the density, pressure and displacement of mud pump output liquid, as well as the flow rate and the cumulative displacement of the clean water; real-time display the system mud pump overpressure protection function, realizing the automatic overpressure protection, to ensure the operation quality and equipment safety.
I. System Main Screen
The system main screen is as shown in Figure 1, with explaination as follows:
Communication light: indicates whether the communication between the host and the main control system is normal, and the green light is normal.
Status light: indicates whether the system is faulty. If there is a fault, the red light is on, the remote light is green, indicating that the other parameters are common parameters.
II. General Working Procedure
1、Enter the well number (for generating CSV data).
2、Enter the overpressure alarm value for system overpressure protection.
3、Whether to clear the curve is decided by the user, and the curve can be maintained with power off to avoid curve lossing in case of work interruption due to system failure. And the curve should be cleared manually if it is a new well.
4、Then the startup button on the panel can be operated to start the work.
5、If the system experiences an overpressure alarm and needs to resume operation, first manually click the decompression button for the system to function properly.
6、This system can idle with one-click.
7、Manual screenshots are generally used to save the image information of the screen, and of course, the system also takes screenshots automatically.
III. Automatic Data Recording Process
When the system starts up normally and the rotary speed exceeds 600RPM, the system starts to record the well data automatically and normal collection of curves begins. When the rotary speed is equal to 0, the system considers the work completed and automatically generates a CSV file with well number and date, and also takes screenshots. The data can be exported with USB flash disk.
