
Ɩ.Product Introduction
The intelligent monitoring device for water injection well is a new type of unattended intelligent water injection steady flow control device independently developed by our company, which is mainly used for upgrading and transforming of oilfield water distribution station to achieve accurate measurement and control of single well water injection.The system mainly consists of angular or horizontal electromagnetic flowmeter, high-pressure grinding wheel type flow control valve, intelligent electronic control module, pressure transmitter, sampler and manual gate valve etc. The system monitors the flow rate and pressure of the water injection in real time, automatically adjusts the valve opening to meet the set flow rate.It also regularly collects parameters such as water injection instantaneous flow, water injection cumulative flow, incoming water pressure and water injection pressure, and transmits the collected data to the monitoring center for centralized management via wired or wireless means. Meanwhile, the monitoring center can also remotely modify the operation parameters such as the injection volume of each single well, and can monitor the real-time operation status of the on-site equipments.
Ⅱ.Basic Characteristics
★Reasonbly design: with grinding wheel type regulating valve body technology, to prevent the ordinary gate valves from the practical problems such as loose closing, easily blocking, jamming, damaging and leaking, laborious & time-consuming with manual adjustment, high risk, and with the service life of more than five times that of ordinary gate valves.
★High-efficiency and energy-saving: realize precise water injection, eliminating the massive waste of electricity and water resources caused by extensive water injection.
★Easy operation: the device can automatically stabilize the flow or inject with stable pressure according to the settings, which realizes unattended operation, automatic metering and control, uploading various parameters, and automatically monitoring the front and back end water injection pressure, effectively preventing the occurrence of water injection out-of-control and “backpouring” phenomenon.
★ Safe and reliable: using DC24V safe voltage

The device has two structural types: horizontal type and angular type, with the installation methods of flange type (only applicable to the horizontal type, pressure below 16MPa ), clamp type and welding type. See the figure below:
